Ibirungo bifashisha mu gutegurira nibura abantu bane

• 400 gr z’umuceri akenshi bakoresha Basmati

• Inyanya 4

• 1/2 poivron rouge ( y’umutuku )

• Amagi 3 atogosheje

• Ibiyiko bine by’amavuta ya Olive

• Ikiyiko kimwe cya vinaigre balsamique

• Akayiko gato moutarde

• Umunyu

• Pavulo

• Tiges de ciboulette

• 4 batons de surimi

Ibikoresho bikenerwa

• Agasafuriya

• Passoire yifashishwa mu gusya imboga n’ibirungo

• Akabaho ko gukatiraho

• Icyuma

• Akuma kavanga Vinaigrette bakita ( mélangeur à vinaigrette)

• Umupfundikozo

• Ikindi gikoresho gifukuye

Uko bitegurwa

1. Muri rusange ugomba kubanza gutegura no kwiyegereza ibirungo byose n’ibisabwa bindi.

2. Teka umuceri mu minota 12

3. Nyuma yo kumva ko uhiyeneza kandi wumutse wushyire ahantu hakonje.

4. Kata za Poivro mo uduce duto twa Cube.

5. Kata za nyamya mo uduce duto twa cube natwo

6. Kata igitunguru

6. Teka ya magi namara gushya yashyire mu mazi akonje indi minota 10 hanyuma uyatonore.

7. Tegura vinaigrette hamwe na vinaigre balsamique, moutarde, umunyu na poivre.

Ni byiza ariko abanyarwanda duharanire kurya ibiribwa bigifite amafu kuko twagize umugisha wo kubigira.
