Abatoza mu myitozo ngororangingo bagaragaza ko gukora siporo mu buryo buhoraho ari ingenzi ku buzima bw’umuntu kuko bimufasha gukorana ibakwe mu kazi ke, gukangura imikorere y’ubwonko, kurinda umunabi mu rungano no guhorana itoto rishingiye ku buzima bwiza buzira kurwaragurika.

1. Gym ni siporo ya bose

4. Gym ivura umunaniro
