Inama y’Abaminisitiri yagumishijeho nyinshi mu ngamba zisanzweho zo kwirinda icyorezo cya COVID-19 zirimo ko amasaha y’ingendo ari saa Tatu z’ijoro mu gihe mu Turere tumwe two mu Majyepfo ari saa Moya.

Iyi nama yateranye kuri uyu wa Gatatu, tariki ya 14 Mata 2021, yabereye muri Village Urugwiro aho yayobowe na Perezida Paul Kagame.

Nta mpinduka nyinshi zabaye mu ngamba zisanzweho zashyiriweho guhangana n’icyorezo cya COVID-19.

Mu myanzuro yatangajwe harimo ko ingendo zibujijwe guhera saa Tatu z’ijoro kugeza saa Kumi za mu gitondo mu gihe ibikorwa byose byemerewe gukomeza bizajya bifunga saa Mbiri z’ijoro.

Inama y’Abaminisitiri kandi yemeje ko ingendo hagati y’Umujyi wa Kigali n’Intara ndetse no hagati y’Uturere dutandukanye zemewe ariko mu Turere twa Ruhango, Nyanza, Huye, Gisagara, Nyaruguru na Nyamagabe mu Majyepfo ingendo zibujijwe guhera saa Moya z’ijoro.

c. Ingendo zirabujijwe guhera saa Moya z’ijoro (7:00) kugeza saa Kumi za mu gitondo (4:00) mu Turere tw’Intara y’Amajyepfo twa Ruhango, Nyanza, Huye, Gusagara, Nyaruguru na Nyamagabe.

d. Imodoka zitwara abantu mu buryo bwa rusange (za bisi) zemerewe gutwara abantu batarenze 50% by’umubare w’abantu zagenewe gutwara. Abatwara za bisi barasabwa kugenzura ko abagenzi bahana intera kandi bagatwara gusa abambaye agapfukamunwa.

e. Inama zikorwa imbonankubone (physical meetings) ziremewe. Umubare w’abitabira inama ntugomba kurenga 30% by’ubushobozi bwo kwakira abantu bw’aho inama ziteranira. Abitabiriye inama basabwa kwipimisha COVID-19 mu gihe umubare wabo urenze abantu 20.

f. Ibikorwa by’inzego za Leta bizakomeza ariko buri rwego rurasabwa gukoresha abakozi b’ingenzi batarenze 30% by’abakozi bose, abandi bakozi bagakorera mu rugo ariko bakagenda basimburana.

Amasoko n’amaduka (markets and malls) azakomeza gukora ariko hajye hasimburana umubare utarenze 50% by’abacuruzi b’ingenzi bemerewe kuyakoreramo.

h. Moto n’amagare byemerewe gukomeza gutwara abagenzi uretse mu duce twashyizwe muri gahunda ya Guma mu rugo. Abatwara moto n’amagare barasabwa kubahiriza amabwiriza y’isuku buri gihe.

i. Resitora na Café zizakomeza gukora ariko ntizirenze 50% y’ubushobobozi bwazo bwo kwakira abantu. Zemerewe kwakira abakiliya kugeza saa Mbili za nimugoroba (8:00Pm).

j. Utubari twose tuzakomeza gufunga.

k. Insengero zahawe uburenganzira bwo gukora kuko zujuje ibisabwa mu kwirinda COVID-19, zemerewe kwakira 30% by’ubushobozi bwo kwakira abantu.

l. Abagenzi bose baza n’abava ku Kibuga Mpuzamahanga cy’Indege cya Kigali bagomba kuba bafite icyemezo cy’uko bipimishije COVID-19 (PCR Test) amasaha 72 mbere y’uko bahaguruka kandi bakubahiriza amabwiriza y’inzego z’ubuzima yo kwirinda COVID-19.

m. Ibikorwa by’Ubukerarugendo bizakomeza hubahirizwa amabwiriza yo kwirinda COVID-19. Muri ibyo bikorwa harimo amahoteli, abashinzwe kuyobora ba mukerarugendo (tour operators) na serivisi zo gutwara ba mukerarugendo. Ba mukerarugendo n’ababafasha bagomba kumenyesha RDB gahunda y’ingendo zabo.

n. Ibikorwa bya siporo y’umuntu ku giti cye n’izikorerwa hanze abantu bategeranye biremewe. Amabwiriza arambuye kuri iyi ngingo azatangwa na Minisiteri ya Siporo.

o. Ahantu ho gukorera siporo, imyitozo ngororamubiri n’imyidagaduro (gyms and recreational centers) hazakomeza gufunga. Pisine (swimming pool) na spas zizakomeza gufunga.
