Abahanga mu by’ubuzima bagaragaza ko imwe mu mpamvu zitera abana kudakunda kurya ari indwara "Food Neophobian". N’ubwo nta muti uyivura Dr Mugoboka Joseph avuga ko umubyeyi ashobora gufasha umwana we gakunda kurya.

Dr Mugoboka avuga ko umubyeyi asabwa kubanza gusuzumisha umwana we neza kwa muganga, kuko hari igihe usanga umwana yanga ibiryo kubera izindi ndwara.
Yongeraho ko nta muti wihariye uvura iyi ndwara kuko iri mu bwoko bw’indwara z’ubuzima mbamutima (psychologique) ariko agira inama ababyeyi kudahatiriza abana kurya ibiryo runaka ahubwo bakwiye “kubibamenyereza no kubibatoza”.
Dr Mugoboka avuga ko uburyo ushobora gutera umwana ingufu ari “Ukwita cyane ku byo akunda kurya cyane ubivanga n’ubundi bwoko butandukanye atazi; ariko mbere yo kumuvangira wowe urabanza ukamutinyura ubiryaho. Kubona ko wowe ntacyo bigutwaye kandi ubyishimiye bizamufasha kumva ko nawe atakagombye kubitinya.”
Abahanga batandukanye bakoze ubushakatsi kuri iyi ndwara, nk’ubugaragara ku rubuga destinationsanté bugaragaza ko igihe umwana adafite ikindi kibazo kwanga ibiryo bikunze ku mubaho mu myaka ibiri, atangiye kumenya guhakana, kandi izi ngufu zo kuba atangiye guhakana zihera ku biryo adakunda cyane.
